I completed reading the Actues book!
My learnings and experience –
1. Many small remedies, that I earlier did not know at all about.
Like- Rosa Damascena, Oreodaphne, Ptelea, Phleum pratense, ginseng, Cornus Florida and
circinata, Polyporus pinicola, desmodium and so many more!
2. It was so much fun to go through the chapters like URTI, COUGH, Throat infection, Diarrhoea
and fever.
I have studied about these topics and knew many remedies and their indications. So, having got
all the important indications of all the remedies used for that particular indication at the same
place, I enjoyed learning through these chapters.
3. The chapters that I hadn't studied in depth earlier, like otitis and colic, were the ones that
formed a map in my mind.
I could learn all the imp remedies at a single place.
4. The cases taught me not only remedies but rubrics as well. I tried to repertorise them myself
first and then look at the solution, and as always case exercises are so much fun!
I enjoyed reading and learning from the book. And I enjoy learning through the courses and your
cases, etc too!
